The purpose of this blog is to get students thinking about art and art related topics. This blog is designed so students can have discussions about what we are learning about in class, to ask questions that may arise and to discuss art in the real world. Teachers and students may participate in blogs in a professional and appropriate manner. Links, video and pictures may also be shared with approval.
Students will be required to responding to 2 blogs per week for participation points.

Sand Animation
Ukraine artist Kseniya Simonova creates temporary drawings with sand on a light box. Each picture she draws tells a story very personal to her. Watch the video clip and discuss what you think the art and story is about? Why do you think people in the audience got emotional?
